I started as a Data Science Engineering Intern with Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness at The Boeing Company in May 2023.
Over the summer of 2023 I worked with the Enterprise Certification Processes team in Regulatory Administration & Airworthiness at Boeing Everett. Here, I learned about the certification plans and processes for aircraft across the Boeing enterprise. This taught me how aerospace companies interface with regulatory agencies like the FAA, EASA, and other foreign civil aviation authorities. I started as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in Vibrothermography with the Center for Nondestructive Evaluation in February of 2022.
Along with my classes, I worked in the vibrothermography lab at the Center for Nondestructive Evaluation. I learned a great deal about different nondestructive evaluation methods and crack formation. In the vibrothermography lab, I have personally had the following responsibilities:

I started as a Technical Print Drafter with Skach Manufacturing Company in July of 2020.
Skach Manufacturing Company is a manufacturer of cold formed/headed parts, such as rivets. At Skach Manufacturing I have learned a lot about drafting blueprints, manufacturing operations, and regulations. Over the two years I have spent there, I have made blueprints for over 150 parts, quality control documents for over 100 parts, and have provided REACH AND RoHS regulatory information to customers regularly. I started as an Office Intern with Harger Ligthning and Grounding in June 2018.
Harger Lightning and Grounding is a company in Grayslake Illinois that specializes in lightning protection. Their products include exothermic welding apparatuses, grounding products, and lightning protection products. As an intern in their office and production shop for two summers, my responsibilities included:
At Harger I learned how a successful office runs and how different departments interact. I was able to observe how their engineers solve problems in their day-to-day jobs.
